OBJECTIVES:

Imparting skills and techniques by using the Workshop Method, with
theory followed up with practical work under further tuition and
on-going feedback on performance. In this manner we fulfill our mission
by imparting practical skills that delegates can put to use
immediately, thereby increasing their productivity.

Providing cost-effective training by following sound business
principles in conducting our financial affairs.

"Going the extra mile" by providing a learning experience
which will enrich delegates substantially more than the actual course
content.

Making a difference - Organisations will see a direct payback as a
direct result of making use of our workshops.

Flexibility to adjust to and service the unique needs of each of our
clients.

Reviewing each Workshop every time it has been conducted, thereby
ensuring that current developments are incorporated on an on-going
basis.
THE RADICAL EXPERIENCE
We refer to our workshops as "The Radical experience" -
we have trimmed our costs to give delegates the experience of travelling
by air to our central venue and there mixing with people from
Organisations from all over South Africa and neighbouring states.
Typically we welcome delegates from between six up to fourteen different
Organisations on our workshops! This in itself presents an added learning
opportunity.
We believe in providing added value in that people get more out of each
of our workshops than they expect to get and pay for!
The following pages provide brief profiles of the main Workshops
offered. The combination of topics and practical work contained in each
Workshop have been combined in their present format based on experience
and a logical grouping method. The contents of each Workshop can however
be varied to suit the needs of individual Organisations and we also
conduct our Workshops in-house on request.
